• Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Delivery & Takeout

• We provide delivery and takeout services within a designated area in Boston.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

• Incorrect address or delivery issues due to customer error may result in additional charges.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

• Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

• Please contact us immediately if you made an error. We’ll do our best to help if the food hasn't been prepared yet.

5. Refund & Return Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect items or quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it with a photo and description. We may offer a credit or replacement at our discretion.

6. Allergies & Food Sensitivities
